Case study / Full stack
Full-Stack Engineering at Salesforce
Enterprise CRM features with scalable REST APIs, reusable UI, and faster data operations.
Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Salesforce, I delivered full-stack SaaS features for enterprise CRM workflows, owning implementation across React/TypeScript frontend components, backend APIs, and relational data models.
What I built
- Scalable REST API services for customer management, workflow automation, reporting, and integration-heavy business use cases.
- Reusable UI components with improved frontend performance, accessibility, and maintainability across complex enterprise application screens.
- Optimized backend logic and database queries to improve response times, reduce production issues, and support higher-volume customer data operations.
- Enterprise integrations for authentication, notifications, analytics, and the third-party business systems customers needed.
Technologies
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Backend: REST APIs, relational databases
- Practices: Agile delivery, code reviews, unit/integration testing
Impact
I worked with product, design, QA, DevOps, and senior engineers to ship features in Agile release cycles, and helped raise engineering quality through code reviews, testing, production debugging, and technical documentation.
